Booking Rules
Booking Rules for Members are more complicated taking into account discounted prices and member priority for making bookings. You can see the Booking Rules, including Cancellation Rules and Schedule for Making Bookings, HERE.
Room Prices (2023-24 Off Season, 2024 Winter Season, and 2024-25 Off season until determined by the Board)

What You Need to Make a Booking
To make a booking you will need the following:
- The dates and rooms that you wish to book (You can check availability of rooms and dates as part of the booking process);
- A list of the names and emergency contact numbers of the people that are included in your booking (including children). To get a member discounted room rate you or your nominated partner must be one of the occupants;
- A credit card (Visa or Mastercard) to pay for the booking.
